Regarding Charter flights:
On all flights safety is our primary concern. Flights are conducted under Visual Flight Rules (VFR) for single-engine aircraft and VFR or Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) for multi-engine aircraft. All flights are subject to FAA flight regulations, weather considerations and pilot/aircraft availability. In addition, international flights are subject to Canadian flight rules as well as US & Canadian Customs regulations. All flights depart at the pilot’s discretion, and Westwind Aviation assumes no responsibility for any and all loss or liability arising from any flight delays or cancellations as a result of weather, mechanical discrepancies, regulatory restrictions, or any other circumstances.

International Flights – generally US or Canadian passport or US Permanent Resident card required. Passengers need to be at airport 15 minutes before departure time to ensure on-time departure. Late arrivals that delay departure may incur additional expense and departure delay due to need to obtain revised US/Canadian custom’s clearance for different departure/arrival times. Any resulting additional expenses will be charged to the passenger.
